Our favorite Passover vodka cocktail recipe - Works well with Zachlawi.
Ingredients
Orange Swirl or Classic
1 ounce cranberry juice
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce simple syrup*
1 ounce Fresh lime juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients; strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a lime wedge or orange curl. Enjoy!
Notes
Makes 1 drink – Increase proportionately as desired.

*How to make simple syrup: Put 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Chill before using. By the way, simple syrup is a must have in the fridge. It is Passover friendly and works well in iced tea, lemonade and alcoholic beverages.
